What is your company warranty?
We offer a standard 1 year warranty on all work as well as more extensive warranty packages if you would like to ensure your protection for longer. If you would like to know more or have any questions about what we offer, be sure to ask us when we come out to look at your property!
What will my Home Owner's Association say about the deterrents on my home?
Our team is partnered with several HOA's throughout the valley. Oftentimes we are contacted by HOA's who ask us to come help clean up their neighborhood due to the infestation of pigeons and the unsightly messes they leave on their homes. We are constantly striving to help communities solve their pigeon crisis and provide a cleaner and healthier neighborhood for families to thrive in. How long does it take for pigeons to leave my roof after your company has performed the work?
The amount of time that pigeons attempt to return and live in their old nesting spots can depend on several factors. If we are contacted at the first signs of pigeon activity, we may be able to rid your home of all activity in as little as a few days or weeks and the cost will be significantly less. If the flock of pigeons have been on your structure for several months, or even years, due to the pigeons' nature, it may take months to rid your home of all pigeon problems. If this is the case, we offer 2 methods of trapping to guarantee that the flock is eliminated or relocated. No matter your situation, we will work with you to put in place an action plan to solve your pigeon problems!
What are the beginning signs of a pigeon infestation?
A clear sign that you could have a pigeon problem is that they may perch on top of your home. Another sign is that pigeon feces may become noticeable on or around your home, porch, sidewalk, or driveway. Sometimes you can even hear them scratching or cooing through the rooftop or walls.
For commercial properties with bigger open roofs, some of the signs may not be as noticeable until it is too late.

Where can pigeons live on my roof?
When pigeons are looking for a place to nest they typically look for areas that are well-shaded, offer cover, and provide a high vantage point with good visibility. Some of the places that we find them are underneath roof lines (or eaves), underneath rooftop A/C units, under solar panels, inside roof gutters, or any nook, cavity, or corner that they can find. Just like us they are trying to find some protection from the hot Arizona sun that we know all too well.
