We firmly believe that the most important part of our service is to properly clean the areas where the pigeons have left their mess. The first step in our service is to bag up the feces and nests that these pests have left behind. We then pressure wash the roof and any other affected areas to ensure that your home is like-new clean. The final step, which separates us from the competition, is that we go around the home afterwards and use an eco-friendly odor and microbial killer that is is safe for kids and pets to ensure that your home not only looks clean, but smells that way too!
When left unchecked, pigeons can often leave large amounts of waste on your roof.
THIS is an example of the lengths that we go to, to ensure that your roof looks as good as new, no matter how long the pigeons have been there!
Unfortunately, solar panels make the perfect nesting grounds for pigeons.
Fortunately, our team of highly-trained professionals are able to renew your solar panels and install the proper measures to prevent the pigeons from nesting under them.
Sometimes when two rooflines connect it can create a well-shaded area where pigeons like to nest. We can screen or net these areas to prevent pigeons from living in them.
Pigeons prefer to sit or "perch" on the tallest point of a building in order to survey the surrounding area. By installing birdwire along the peaks of the roof, we are able to deter pigeons from using your roof as a "perching site" and encourage them to go elsewhere.
Oftentimes pigeons will make nests underneath rooftop A/C units due to the fact that they provide ample shade. In these situations, we can use custom galvanized screen or heavy-duty polyurethane netting to block off these areas.
Patios on buildings that are taller than a single story can often be a target for pigeon nesting. Our team is able to install netting that prevents them from becoming your unwanted roommates.
Window ledges underneath the roofline can often provide pigeons a nice shaded spot to perch during the day. We use stainless steel bird spikes to prevent the pigeons from perching in these areas.
